This team is amazing! We were delayed in closing due to a last minute discrepancy. Within 24 hours of being cleared up, Kimberley had us set up and ready to close! I found Virginia Beach Law Group through my Legal Resources membership and utilized their services multiple times over eight years for estate documents, 离婚, 交通法庭, and multiple real estate matters. The staff was always helpful, polite, and got the job done in a timely, professional manner.

It wasn’t until early 2022 I requested support with a custody matter that I found my confidence waning. I was assigned a different attorney than I had worked with previously with which I was disappointed but did not deter me from moving forward. Then there was a six-week stretch with no action that took multiple phone and email outreach attempts to get a response. I learned of things that may (or may not) have made a difference in my decision making and I ultimately determined the attorney and I could not get on the same page.

I attempted to contact the attorney with whom I’d worked with so many times before over the past eight years, but did not receive a response. Not when I called to express my frustrations and not in the time since I terminated our relationship.

I can’t say that the final custody agreement would look different if I used another firm, but I can hope I would’ve felt more confident during the process that I did everything I could.

This group is fine for straight forward matters, but for issues with more emotions at play, you may want to consider somewhere else.
